By registering an account, accessing joya09.bet, placing any wager, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and joya09. If you access the platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms.

joya09 may at any time modify, suspend, or terminate any feature of the platform or these terms. Continued use after such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use joya09, you must:

• Be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted);

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information;

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on joya09 at any time. Upon registration, you must provide a valid mobile phone number, a unique username, and a secure password. You must keep your account details current and accurate at all times.

joya09 may close, suspend, or freeze an account without prior notice where:

• Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are detected;
• False registration information is identified;
• The account is used in connection with any prohibited activity;
• The account shows signs of collusion, match-fixing, or bonus abuse;
• A self-exclusion request is received from the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf.

Upon account closure for cause, joya09 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

All funds deposited to joya09 are held in a player account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are processed via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit;

• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes 100% at minimum odds of 1.50;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method;
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically;

• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploitation of system errors — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on joya09 are final once confirmed. joya09 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform:

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market and are subject to change without notice;
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or sporting event, joya09 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts;

• Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). joya09 does not recognise unofficial or disputed results;
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at joya09's discretion due to match events, data delays, or technical reasons. Bets placed prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under the technical failure clause above.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on joya09 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access platform features;
• Any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to guarantee outcomes;
• Money laundering or use of joya09 accounts for any financial activity unrelated to legitimate gambling entertainment;
• Attempting to access joya09 systems, databases, or servers without authorisation;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information during registration or verification;
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain.

joya09 cooperates with relevant authorities and may report suspected criminal activity, including money laundering and fraud, to appropriate law enforcement bodies where required.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the joya09 platform without the express written permission of joya09. The joya09 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of joya09. Unauthorised use of any joya09 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joya09 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, internet outages, or payment provider errors;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Loss of data or account access resulting from circumstances beyond joya09's reasonable control;
• Any gambling losses sustained while using joya09, irrespective of the circumstances of play;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

joya09's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these terms shall be construed as creating any employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and joya09. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and joya09 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

joya09's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of joya09's right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
